Due to the nature of machine learning systems, Generated Content may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users based on similar Inputs. Such outputs generated for others do not grant you any rights over their content.

You grant VoidMagic AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Inputs, User Uploads, and Generated Content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and securing the Services, including model training and quality assurance.

b. Platform and Service Materials

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, models, designs, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by VoidMagic AI or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services or any platform materials.

c. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. c. User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

You have all necessary rights to provide Inputs and User Uploads;
Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
You will not impersonate any individual or misrepresent your affiliation;
You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

5. Feedback and Usage Data

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services, you agree that VoidMagic AI may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

We may collect and analyze aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall VoidMagic AI’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to VoidMagic AI for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration, conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed location, and each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
